Integrations Policy

BuildScope may integrate with third-party software to help users move information between systems.
These documents are general draft website policies and should be reviewed by an Australian lawyer before publication.

ServiceM8. Send a ServiceM8 job into BuildScope, build the Scope of Works, then send the PDF, the diary note and the line items back to the job. What that integration reads, writes and stores is set out in full on the ServiceM8 Integration Privacy page.
Xero. Send a finished Scope of Works into Xero as a draft quote, with the line items, the exclusions and clarifications, and the PDF attached. The quote is left as a draft for you to check and send. QuickBooks Online. Send a finished Scope of Works into QuickBooks as a draft estimate, with the line items, the exclusions and clarifications, and the PDF attached. Integrations are only connected when authorised by the user or company account administrator. Users are responsible for deciding which third-party platforms they connect to BuildScope.
Third-party responsibility
Third-party platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, security systems, pricing, features and uptime. BuildScope is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, data handling, pricing changes, security incidents or incorrect information once data has been sent to or received from a third-party platform.
