1. About BuildScope
BuildScope is a software platform designed to help Australian builders, tradespeople, contractors, estimators and construction businesses prepare clearer scopes of works, project notes, quote information and related construction documents.
BuildScope uses AI-assisted tools to help users organise site meeting notes, measurements, photos, trade information, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and project details.
BuildScope is an assistive tool only. It does not replace professional judgement, construction experience, licensed trade knowledge, engineering advice, legal advice, financial advice, building certification or compliance obligations.

4. AI-generated output
BuildScope may use artificial intelligence to assist with drafting, organising, checking and improving construction-related documents.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, unclear or unsuitable for a specific project. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated output before using it.
BuildScope does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, compliant, profitable or suitable for any particular project.
