It needs to address it either way. Many installs need a dedicated circuit and some need switchboard capacity that is not there yet, so the scope should state whether the electrical supply is included, allowed for as a provisional sum, or by others. Leaving it unsaid is how a straightforward install stalls on day one.
Can I edit the scope after the AI builds it?
