Fencing belongs in the scope on every job, because a pool without compliant fencing is not a finished pool.
Why is pool fencing quoted as part of the pool scope?
Because the pool cannot legally be filled and used without compliant fencing, so leaving it off means quoting an unusable product. Whether you supply it, allow a provisional sum, or explicitly exclude it as being by others, the scope has to address it, otherwise the client discovers a significant extra cost right at the end of the job.
Can I edit the scope after the AI builds it?
Always. Every line item, quantity, rate and section is editable. Reorder, add, remove or reword anything before you export.
